Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method of a catalyst obtained by growing Cu nanowires on Ni, the method comprises the following steps: 1) oxidizing the substrate Ni in an oxidizing atmosphere, and reducing the substrate Ni in a reducing atmosphere; 2) mixing an obtained product with a copper salt solution for displacement reaction to replace Cu onto the substrate Ni to obtain a NiCu substrate; and 3) baking the NiCu substrate in a firing atmosphere to obtain the catalyst obtained by growing the Cu nanowires on the Ni substrate. The present invention further provides the catalyst obtainedby growing the Cu nanowires on the Ni and the application thereof. The catalyst obtained by growing the Cu nanowires on the Ni can construct a non-enzymatic glucose sensor for detecting glucose, and has good electrocatalytic activity, good anti-interference ability, wide linearity range, low detection limit, high sensitivity, good selectivity, high reproducibility and good stability.
