Preparation method of trapezoid-shaped array pressure sensor

The invention relates to a preparation method of a trapezoid-shaped array pressure sensor. The preparation method includes the following steps: S1) preparing a long trapezoid-shaped metal template bymetal materials; S2), evenly distributing conductively reinforcing materials on the metal template through an electrophoretic technique; S3) evenly coating the metal template with a PDMS film layer 50-500 micrometers in thickness; S4) performing demolding, transferring the conductively reinforcing materials to the PDMS film layer with a long trapezoid-shaped array structure; and S5) coating the PDMS film layer with a conductive layer through indium tin oxid (ITO), then coating the conductive layer with a PET layer, and finally obtaining a pressure sensor through packaging. The preparation method is simple in process, is low in cost and is suitable for industrial production.
