Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation and printing method of light emitting printing ink for a pressure gauge dial for an oil field. In an overprint manner by silk-screen printing, a white base layeris printed firstly, then, light emitting printing ink is printed on the whole surface of the aluminum gauge dial, and finally, number, scale and character parts are printed with black printing ink. Under the dark condition, the problem that indicating values of some gauges cannot be effectively read due to light reflection of glass of a shell of a pressure gauge dial, failure in erasure of pollutants on the bottom surface and the like is solved by use of the characteristics that a long afterglow material has self-luminous performance, screen printing is uniform and the thickness can be controlled.
本发明公开了种油田压力表盘用发光油墨制作及印刷方法。本发明通过丝网印刷套印的方式,先印刷层白色底层,再将发光油墨印制在铝制表盘整个表面,最后用黑色油墨印制数字,刻度及文字部分。在黑暗条件下,利用长余辉材料自发光性能和丝网印刷印刷均匀并能控制厚度的特点,解决了压力表表盘外壳玻璃反光以及底面上污染物无法擦除等原因使些仪表示值不能有效读取的问题。 |
