The production method can recover a large amount of waste gas carbon dioxide produced in the process of production of manganese-series products by manganese carbonate, production of cement clinker and production of calcium oxide by calcination of calcium carbonate ore and the like, applies the waste gas carbon dioxide to produce ammonium bicarbonate, reduces the cost of ammonium bicarbonate and solves the conventional carbon dioxide waste gas emission problem; carbon is fixed by plants and returns to nature. 本发明公开了种硫酸氨回收二氧化碳，生产碳酸氢氨、硫酸、硫酸钙的方法。本发明的生产方法可大量回收在碳酸锰生产锰系列产品、水泥熟料生产、碳酸钙矿石焙烧生产氧化钙等过程中产生的废气二氧化碳，将其运用到本发明中生产碳酸氢氨，降低了碳酸氢氨的成本，且解决了现有二氧化碳废气的排放问题，用植物固碳，还碳于自然。
