Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a capacitive energy storage type electric flat carriage which comprises an electric flat carriage body, an inverter, a super-capacitor, a capacitor manager, a powered device,a charger, an electric cabinet and a wireless remote control unit. The inverter, the super-capacitor and the capacitor manager are arranged on the two sides of the bottom of a vehicle frame of the electric flat carriage body, an infrared sensor is arranged on one side of the electric flat carriage body and connected with the capacitor manager, and the powered device is installed at the bottom of the vehicle frame of the electric flat carriage body. The capacitive energy storage type electric flat carriage is charged quickly and can be fully charged within 10 minutes, and the work efficiency ofthe electric flat carriage is improved; the large power can be provided instantaneously, and an electric flat carriage starting effect is good; the super-capacitor can work within the temperature range between -25 DEG C and 7
