The method concretely comprises the following steps: carrying out primary treatment onthe kidney, carrying out decellularized perfusion on the kidney, washing the kidney, dehydrating and sterilizing, stirring for digesting, gelatinizing. The method utilizes a perfusion method to perform rinsing and decellularization by means of renal arterial intubation; according to the distribution of the blood vessels, the decellularized liquid can reach almost every kidney tissue, so that thedecellularization is more fully performed.
