The device includes a support, seedling raising trays, water discharging holes, a backwater pipe, a humidity sensor, a humidity control switch, a water pump, a nutrient liquid water pool, mist spraying pipes, atomizing spray nozzles, lamp tubes, cables, a timing switch, far-infraredceramic heating plates, a temperature control switch and a temperature sensor. Compared with the prior art, the device provided by the invention performs semi-automatic control on condition factors such as temperature, humidity, illumination and a nutrient solution which are required for pasture grass growth, so that the device is a high-efficiency device enabling the pasture grass in a three-dimensional hydroponic facility to be not or rarely limited by natural conditions, and the difficult problem of a pasture grass seasonal and regional shortage which restricts development of herbivorous animal husbandry in the hig
