Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is austenitic stainless steel having improved processability. The disclosed austenitic stainless steel comprises, in wt%, silicon (Si): 0.1-0.65%, manganese (Mn): 0.2-3.0%, nickel (Ni): 6.5-10.0%, chromium (Cr): 16.5-20.0%, copper (Cu): 6.0% or less(excluding 0), carbon (C) + nitrogen (N): 0.08% or less (excluding 0), and a remainder made up by Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein the work hardening speed is 1,500 MPa or less in a true strain range of 0.15-0.4.
