The invention provides a TPU foam material, a preparation method thereof and TPU synthetic leather. The TPU foam material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of TPU, 0.1 to 5 parts of a lubricating agent, 2 to 8 parts of a foaming agent and 10 to 30 parts of a plasticizing accessory ingredient.
