The beneficial effects are as follows: the production process is simple, the degree of automation is high, and the silkworm pupae can be quickly decolorized,deodorized and degreased. By use of the supercritical CO2 extraction for high-efficiency degreasing, the structure and biological activity of proteins in the silkworm pupae can be maintained, proteinsolubility is improved, unsaturated fatty acids are retained, and nutritional value is high. The obtained silkworm pupae has beautiful milky white color and has no obvious fishy odor, and the high-efficiency degreasing method can be used for extracting the proteins of the silkworm pupae or extracting other active substances.
