The lifting mechanism comprises a lifting mechanism body and an anti-pinch device, wherein the lifting mechanism body comprises a main board, the anti-pinch device is arranged on the lifting mechanism body, the anti-pinch device comprises at least one trigger switch connected with the main board, and a spring sheet, the spring sheet can move relative to the lifting mechanism body, the spring sheet is located at one side, away from the lifting mechanism body, of the trigger switch, and when the spring sheet bears acting force towards the direction of the lifting mechanism body, the spring sheet triggers the trigger switch so that the lifting mechanism body moves towards the direction back on to the anti-pinch device. The lifting mechanism has the advantages that the lifting mechanism body is provided with the trigger switch connected with the main board and the anti-pinch device suitable for triggeringthe spring sheet of the
