Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to citrus chachiensis health-care tea and a preparation method thereof. The citrus chachiensis health-care tea is prepared by stuffing citrus chachiensis shells and Pu'er tea andlotus leaf tea which are stuffed into the citrus chachiensis shell in a mixed manner, wherein the lotus leaf tea is prepared by a tea preparation technology of lotus leaves, and the volume ratio of the Pu'er tea to the lotus leaf tea is (5.5-6.5) to (3.5-4.5). The citrus chachiensis health-care tea overcomes the defects that a conventional citrus chachiensis tea is mostly prepared from small green citrus and Pu'er tea, so that the Pu'er tea is light in taste, and single and limited in efficacy.
