Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of a nano-particle-coated lithium cobalt oxide cathode material. The method is simple, easy to operate, low in cost and short in time. According to the method, Nb ions are doped in a cathode material to perform isomorphous replacement on Co ion sites in crystal lattice of the cathode material, so that crystal lattice parameters are changed, and inorganic electrolyte with excellent electrochemical performance is obtained. Ionic bond-modified magnesium oxide nano-particle filler can be uniformly dispersed in the cathode material, and the crystallization of a polymer matrix is effectively inhibited, so that the improvement of ionic conductivity is ensured. 本发明公开了种纳米粒子包覆钴酸锂正极材料的制备方法,所述方法简单易操作,成本低,耗时短,所述方法在正极材料中掺杂Nb离子,对正极材料晶格中的Co离子位点进行同晶取代,改变晶格参数,获得电化学性能优良的无机电解质;本发明中所述的离子键修饰的氧化镁纳米粒子填料可以在正极材料中均匀分散,有效抑制了聚合物基体的结晶,进而保障了离子电导率的提高。
