Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an ultralow carbon cold-roll steel plate for gas nitrocarburizing. The cold-roll steel plate comprises the chemical components of, by weight, 0.002-0.020% of C, 0.016-0.030% ofSi, 0.08-0.16%, 0.015% or less of P, 0.012% of less of S, 0.030-0.30% of Al, 0.01-0.10% of Cu, and the balance Fe and unavoidable impurities. Compared with the prior art, the ultralow carbon cold-rollsteel plate for gas nitrocarburizing and a manufacturing method thereof have the beneficial effects that the steel plate has excellent punching and forming performance, a formed workpiece can form anitride film layer with a certain thickness, high hardness, high compactness and excellent corrosion resistance on the surface of the steel plate through gas nitrocarburizing or gas nitriding; and meanwhile impurities harmful to heath in the steel plate are removed, healthful microelements are added, and the ultralow carbon cold-roll steel plate is specially suitable for manufacturing of iron-madecookers. 种气体氮碳共渗用超低碳冷轧钢板,冷轧
