The mortar is prepared from the following components in percent by mass: 20-23% of cement, 3-3.5%of coal ash, 68-71% of hilly sand, 5% of heavy calcium carbonate, 0.11-0.13% of water-retaining agent and 0.4-0.5% of redispersible latex powder.
