Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a manufacturing method for zinc-rich ecological eggs. The manufacturing method includes drying and smashing fructus schisandrae, radix salviae miltiorrhizae, rhizome atractylodis and radix astragali respectively; mixing the powder evenly after passing through a 70-mesh to 90-mesh screen to produce zinc-rick feed additives; adding lactobacillus, methionine, zinc gluconate, zinc sulfate, zinc yeast, zinc oxide and decavitamin and mixing evenly to produce zinc-rich chicken feed for usage; setting the time of using zinc-rich chicken feed to feed between 30 to 35 days, during which laying hens are fed twice daily and feeding laying hens with ordinary chicken feed in the rest of time. In comparison with the zinc content of the ordinary eggs in current technology, there are 9 to 10 times of zinc in the eggs laid by the laying hens fed with the zinc-rich feed.
