Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of corrosion-resistant arsenic-containing brass for forming an elbow easily. The preparation method mainly comprises the steps of material proportioning, smelting, casting, hot extrusion, annealing and surface treatment. Arsenic is added into a brass alloy, the contents of all the components are optimized and controlled, and the unique smelting and annealing processes are adopted, so that the cutting performance of a copper alloy can be improved to reach the cutting performance of lead brass, the lead content is reduced, and the corrosion-resistantarsenic-containing brass is harmless and environmentally friendly; and meanwhile, the surface of the alloy is treated through a specific compound corrosion inhibitor, so that the problem of corrosioncaused by a low lead content is solved effectively, and the corrosion resistance of the brass alloy is improved.
