An aqueous solution of the sucralose is extracted by an organic solvent, then extraction is performed by using another organic solvent, and after crystallization is performed, a crude product with purity of 99% is obtained. Through the method provided by the invention, a sucralose finished product with purity of 100% can be obtained, the yield can be improved while the quality of the product is guaranteed, and the sucralose finished product prepared by the method firstly occupies a sale market in increasingly fierce competition today.
