Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing nanometer magnesium aluminum spinel. The method is characterized in that firstly, nanometer size potassium sulfate particles are prepared, and the nanometer potassium sulfate particles are surface modified to make the particles uniformly dispersed in xylene; and dispersion and isolation are performed on carbonate precursor particles of the spinel by using the nanometer potassium sulfate in xylene, after centrifugation precipitation, the precipitate is dried and then is subjected to high-temperature calcination, and the nanometer magnesium aluminumspinel can be obtained after washing. According to the method, the nanometer magnesium aluminum spinel with good dispersibility and perfect crystallization can be rapidly prepared in batch.
本发明公开了种制备纳米镁铝尖晶石的方法,先制备出纳米尺寸的硫酸钾颗粒,并对纳米硫酸钾颗粒进行了表面改性,使其颗粒在二甲苯中均匀分散。本发明在二甲苯中使用纳米硫酸钾对尖晶石的碳酸盐前驱体颗粒进行分散并隔离,离心沉淀后,将沉淀物烘干后进行高温煅烧,水洗后可得纳米镁铝尖晶石。本发明可以快速批量制备出分散性好、结晶完善的纳米镁铝尖晶石。 |
