The clamping part comprises an insulating handle,an insulating clamping operating rod and a clamp. The clamp is hinged to the insulating clamping operating rod through an angle adjustable device. The fastening part is formed by sequentially connecting an insulating handlebar, a control switch, an insulating fastening operating rod, a motor and a sleeve, and the control switch is arranged on the insulating handlebar. The clamping part is used for adjusting the position of the vibration damper and fixing the vibration damper by cooperating with the fastening part.
