Storage control method and storage apparatus

The invention discloses a storage control method, which is suitable for a storage apparatus. The method comprises the steps of generating an error correcting code (ECC) control parameter according toa non-volatile control parameter and a volatile control parameter, wherein the non-volatile control parameter is stored in a non-volatile storage region of the storage apparatus, and the volatile control parameter is stored in a volatile storage region of the storage apparatus; and according to the ECC control parameter, controlling an ECC function, thereby enabling data obtained from a storage position of a storage unit array to be processed through or not through the ECC function. 种存储控制方法，适用于存储装置，包括：依据非挥发性控制参数以及挥发性控制参数产生错误更正码(Error Correcting Codes，ECC)控制参数，其中该非挥发性控制参数储存于该存储装置中的非挥发性存储区域，该挥发性控制参数储存于该存储装置中的挥发性存储区域；依据该ECC控制参数控制ECC功能，使得存取自存储单元阵列的储存位置的数据经过或不经过ECC功能处理。
