Zusammenfassung:	This invention provides control methods and devices for fuel oil filtering and on-line maintenance in a fuel oil supply system. The control method of the fuel oil filtering is applied to the control device in the fuel oil supply system. The method comprises the steps that fuel oil quality parameters by each fuel oil quality sensor in the fuel oil supply system are received; whether fuel oil in each fuel oil storage tank needs to be filtered is judged according to the fuel oil quality parameters, if yes, an oil pimp and an electric valve which correspond to the fuel oil storage tank which is tobe filtered is controlled to transport the fuel oil to a fuel oil filtering device, and the oil pimp and the electric valve which correspond to the fuel oil storage tank are controlled to transport the fuel oil after being filtered to the fuel oil storage tank.
