The extraction method comprises the following steps: adopting proteinase K and lysate to process abone marrow cell sample, then adopting ribonuclease digestion, mixing with absolute ethyl alcohol, then putting the mixture into a silica gel adsorption column for adsorption, and then adopting a first scrubbing solution, a second scrubbing solution and an eluant in sequence for treatment to obtain the purified bone marrow cell genome DNA. According to the extraction method of the bone marrow cellgenome DNA provided by the invention, by controlling the formula and adjusting the pH value and ion concentration, the gDNA with high quality and high purity can be extracted under the condition of low cost, and the extraction effect is stable and reliable.
