Reactive-type cold-patch asphalt liquid and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a reactive-type cold-patch asphalt liquid comprising the raw materials in parts by mass: 80-90 parts of matrix asphalt, 2-5 parts of SBS resin, 1-6 parts of rubber emulsifiedoil, 0.005-0.02 part of stabilizer, 10-15 parts of poly(epsilon-cyclohexanone)-polybutadiene-poly(epsilon cyclohexanone) triblock copolymer and 6-9 parts of epoxy prepolymer bisphenol A diglycidyl ether. The invention further provides a preparation method of the reactive-type cold-patch asphalt liquid. The reactive-type cold-patch asphalt liquid provided by the invention not only meets the requirement for workability of a cold-patch asphalt mixture, but also improves the initial test intensity of the cold-patch asphalt mixture and increases the strength improving rate. 本发明涉及种反应型冷补沥青液，以质量份数计，其原料包括基质沥青80～90份、SBS树脂2～5份、橡胶乳化油1～6份、稳定剂0.005～0.02份、聚(ε-环己内酯)-聚丁二烯-聚(ε-环己内酯)三嵌段共聚物10～15份、环氧预聚物双酚A二缩水甘油醚6～9份。本发明还提供了上述反应型冷补沥青液的制备方法。本发明提供的反应型冷补沥青液不仅满足冷补沥青混合料的施工和易性要求，而且增强了冷补沥青混合料的初试强度，提高强度增长速率。
