The method mainly includes the steps: injecting conventional in-vitro cultured lewis cells into a mouse r-shoulderblade subepithelial portion by a subcutaneous vaccination method; feeding a mouse in a room-temperature environment, peeling tumor tissues when a tumor grows to reach the size of 2*2cm, cutting the tumor tissues into uniform small pieces, weighing 0.05g of small tumor tissues, implanting the small tumor tissues into armpits ofthe mouse, sewing the armpits, feeding the mouse and measuring the size of the tumor one week after.
