The method comprises: obtaining the number of system clocks corresponding to the moment when the application software is logged in to as the number of login system clocks; obtaining the server time of the moment when logging in the application software; obtaining the number ofsystem clocks corresponding to the moment at which the application software is operated in an offline manner, as the number of offline system clocks; and determining the offline operation time according to the server time, the number of login system clocks, and the number of offline system clocks.
