In the invention, a fixed holding part of a power supply terminal is broadened in the transverse direction, and a shielding sheet is contacted with a grounding terminal in the vertical direction, so that the shielding sheet and the power supply terminal are not overlapped in the vertical direction and the transverse direction perpendicular to the vertical direction of the electric connector, thereby playing an effect of preventing the contact between the power supply terminal and the shielding sheet when high current passes, and thus completely eradicating the risk of a short circuiting fire. 本发明中的电源端子的固持部在横向方向上加宽，由于遮蔽片在上下方向上与接地端子接触，故通过遮蔽片与电源端子在电连接器的上下方向及与上下方向相垂直的横向方向上均不重叠来起到通过大电流时防止电源端子与遮蔽片接触来杜绝短路起火的风险。
