The invention discloses a stacking-type circular polarizing antenna structure including a first antenna, a second antenna and an adhering module. The first antenna includes a first base, a first electrode layer, a first grounding layer and a first feed-in module. The first electrode layer and the first grounding layer and disposed on two faces of the first base in a manner of being opposite to each other. The first feed-in module penetrates into the first base and is electrically connected with the first electrode layer and is not electrically connected with the first grounding layer. The second antenna includes a second base, a second electrode layer and a second feed-in module. The second electrode layer is arranged on one face of the second base. The second feed-in module penetrates through the second base and the first base and is electrically connected with the second electrode layer and is not electrically connected with the first grounding layer.
