Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a low-voltage bandgap reference circuit having a direct current offset calibration function. The low-voltage bandgap reference circuit includes PNP transistors, resistors, PMOStransistors, NMOS transistors, an amplifier circuit, a logic circuit, a startup circuit and switches. The logic circuit converts an external enable signal and an external clock signal into a first internal signal, a second internal signal and a third internal signal to be sent to the amplifier circuit having the direct current offset calibration function, and the amplifier circuit stores the inputoffset voltage in a closed loop state and performs real-time calibration in an open loop state to ensure the accuracy of the reference voltage VREF output from the low-voltage bandgap reference circuit.
