The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: components of 7.5-9.5 parts ofSi, 1.8-2.2 parts of Fe, 3.0-4.0 parts of Cu, 0.4-0.6 part of Mn, 0.05-0.2 part of Mg, 0.3-0.7 part of Ni, 2.6-3.4 parts of Zn, 0.3-0.45 part of Sn and 80.0-84.0 parts of aluminum are mixed in parts by weight; the mixture is molten and mixed into a die-cast aluminum raw material at 720 DEG C-750 DEG C; the raw material is compressed and moulded; the raw material is subjected to shot blasting; trimming is removed; an oblique hole is formed in an oil outlet; a small external circle plane is smoothed; a small external circle and a square plane are turned; a through hole is turned; an assembly hole is bored; a large external circle and a square plane are turned; a sealing groove is turned; holes and threads are machined; and burs are removed.
