The preparation method comprises the following steps that 1, pure aluminum ingots is melted into molten aluminum and is heated; 2, during the heating process of the molten aluminum in the step (1), materials are added into the molten aluminum, wherein potassium chloride and sodium fluoride with the mass ratio of 1:1 are added into the molten aluminum firstly, then when the temperature of the molten aluminum reaches 740-860 DEG C, potassium fluoborate and potassium fluotitanate are added into the moltenaluminum, molten slag on the surface of the alloy molten aluminum is scooped away to complete primary slag removal; 3, an aluminum-titanium-boron alloy refining special slagging agent is added into the alloy molten aluminum after primary slag removal for slagging; 4, degassing treatment is carried out by using argon or nitrogen gas for a rotary degassing machine, and degassing and secondary slag removing are completed; an |
