A boiler in the system is connected with a drying room and a carbonization furnace through pipelines, the carbonization furnace is connected with a waste water pool through the pipeline, and the drying room is connected with a charing water evaporation pool through the pipeline; a gas flue channel and steam water pipeline are arranged in the charing water evaporation pool, a decontamination door is arranged at the lower part of the charing water evaporation pool, the gas flue channel and the flue channel ofthe boiler are communicated, the steam water pipe and the pipeline of the drying room are connected, a deduster is communicated with an outlet end of the gas flue channel, the outlet end of the steamwater pipe is connected with a water-storage pool, and the water-storage pool is connected with the boiler through the pipeline. According to the invention, high temperature generated in the drying room and the flue channel is
