Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a processing method of a run-flat tire. The processing method comprises the steps as follows: a reinforcing adhesive layer is prepared from a flexible adhesive and rubber particles through mixing in the mass ratio being 1:(0.5-1); the inner side of a cover tire is covered with the reinforcing adhesive layer uniformly; the reinforcing adhesive layer is subjected to blade coating or air injection so that the thickness of the reinforcing adhesive layer is uniform; the reinforcing adhesive layer is dried and the run-flat tire is prepared. The processing method of the run-flat tire has the characteristics that the process is simple and high in applicability, the outward flow speed of air in the tire at a damaged part is retarded and the burst rate is reduced when used for treating the tire.
本发明涉及种防爆轮胎的加工方法,包括如下步骤:柔性胶和橡胶颗粒以质量比为1:(0.5-1)的比例混合制得加固胶层;外胎内侧均匀覆盖加固胶层;对加固胶层进行刮涂或者喷气使得加固胶层厚度均匀化;烘干加固胶层制得防爆轮胎。采用以上防爆轮胎的加工方法对轮胎进行处理时,其具有工艺简单、适用性强,减缓破损处胎内气体向外流动的流速,降低爆胎率的特点。 |
