The process is characterized by comprising the following machining steps that S1,a shell formed primarily is fed to a stretching procedure; S2, the shell is sequentially subjected to stretching machining and deep drawing machining in a staggered mode; and S3, a crude formed shellis obtained, wherein the adjacent stretching machining and deep drawing machining of the S2 are in the same direction or in the opposite directions.
