The body-invigorating wine is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-50 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 20-25 parts of radix polygoni multiflori, 15-20 parts of fructus lycii, 15-20 parts of semen ziziphi spinosae and 400-500 parts of Baijiu; the preparation method comprises the following steps: choppingthe rhizoma polygonati and the radix polygoni multiflori, mashing the semen ziziphi spinosae, using clean gauze to wrap together with fructus lycii, placing in a container; injecting the Baijiu, covering, sealing, soaking for 50-60 days to obtain the body-invigorating wine.
