The method includes that according to characteristics in growth and development of potatoes bred by mist culture, original potato breeding is divided into 6 growth stages (periods), namely a planting and rooting stage, a seedling stage, a tillering stage, a small-potato forming stage (potato bearing stage), a swelling and harvest stage and a declining stage, and nutrient solutions and corresponding culture technologiesare given in the different stages according to the 6 growth stages.
