The neutral pole breaking unit has the following states: when a neutral pole first moving contact is in contact with a neutral pole first static contact, a neutral pole second moving contact is not in contact with a neutral pole second static contact; along with rotation of a cam, the neutral pole second moving contact moves towards the neutral pole second static contact; when the neutral pole second moving contact is in contact with the neutral pole second static contact, the contact between the neutral pole first moving contact and the neutral polefirst static contact is maintained; and along with continuous rotation of the cam, when the neutral pole first moving contact is separated from contact with the neutral pole first static contact, thecontact between the neutral pole second moving contact and the neutral pole second static contact is maintained. A transferring switch with the neutral pole breaking unit is disclosed.
