Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to sesame oil and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises: (a) steaming sesame for 3-30 min with water vapor, and squeezing oil while controlling the oil yield at 5-20 wt% to obtain sesame oil a and sesame cake; (b) mixing the sesame cake and water and frying for 15-40 min at a temperature of 100-150 DEG C, or cooking the sesame cake for 40-100 min withwater vapor; (c) squeezing oil to obtain sesame oil b; and (d) mixing the sesame oil a and the sesame oil b.
