Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a multi-angle adjusting handlebar which comprises a bicycle frame. A transfer steel pipe is welded to the top of the left side of the bicycle frame. Two through holes are formed in the transfer steel pipe. A first adjusting bolt is arranged in one through hole. Connecting boards are in pin joint with the front face and the back face of the top end of the transfer steel pipe. Fixing blocks are welded to the other ends of the two connecting boards. A junction board is welded to the bottom ends of the fixing blocks.
