The nutritive health-care beverage is processed from 25parts of a ginseng extract, 25 parts of needle mushrooms, 15 parts of grenadine juice, 2 parts of citric acid, 8 parts of black fungus, 8 parts of pilose antlers, 2 parts of colla corii asini, 2 partsof chrysanthemum flowers and 8 parts of glucose powder. The making method comprises the following steps of adding cleaned needle mushrooms, grenadine juice and pilose antlers into purified water withthe weight ratio of the cleaned needle mushrooms, grenadine juice and pilose antlers to the purified water being 1:10 for boiling and soaking to obtain an extracting solution; and pouring the ginsengextract, the black fungus, the citric acid, the colla corii asini, the chrysanthemum flowers and the glucose powder into the extracting solution, and performing uniform stirring to obtain finished products.
