Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing compound cordycepin soybean milk. The method comprises the following steps of using soybeans, coix seeds and red jujubes as main materials, using Chinesewolfberry fruits and mulberry leaves as auxiliary materials, mixing the main materials with the auxiliary materials to obtain a mixture, and sequentially performing rinsing, soaking, mashing, sterilizing and cooling on the mixture, so as to obtain a composite soybean milk stock solution; and inoculating the composite soybean milk stock solution with Chinese caterpillar fungus stains for fermentation so as to obtain the compound cordycepin soybean milk. Through fermentation, products can maintain basic nutrients of bean products, and the flavor and the nutrient components of the bean productscan be changed. Particularly, medical components of cordycepin and the like are added, so that the content of the cordycepin can achieve 10mg/L or above.
