Service processing method and device

The invention provides a service processing method, which is applied to a remote radio unit. The remote radio unit accesses the same baseband plate of the same baseband processing unit simultaneouslythrough two interfaces, or different baseband plates of the same baseband processing unit, or different baseband plates of different baseband processing units. The method comprises the following steps: controlling the two interfaces of the remote radio unit to perform active-standby competition in order to distinguish an active interface and a standby interface; and performing service backup processing on the remote radio unit in a normal running process and/or in the case of service failure of the active interface according to a connection relationship between the remote radio unit and the baseband plate as well as a preset service backup method.
