Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a steel wire rope ring coupler and an assembling method. The steel wire rope ring coupler comprises a left half coupler body and a right half coupler body which are connected through a steel wire rope ring assembly. The steel wire rope ring assembly comprises a plurality of steel wire rope rings, and the steel wire rope rings are evenly arranged along the outer circumferences of the left half coupler body and the right half coupler body. The plane where each steel wire rope ring is located is perpendicular to the end faces of the left half coupler body and the right half coupler body, and the steel wire rope rings penetrate the center axes of the left half coupler body and the right half coupler body. Each steel wire rope ring is fixedly connected with the oppositeend faces of the left half coupler body and the right half coupler body through a connecting device at the same time. The coupler bears power and motion transmission and also has the excellent buffering performance and compre
