The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the gold rod nano particles and the gold ball nano particles, modifying silicon shell of the gold rod nano particles, modifying silicon shell of the gold ball nano particles, and preparing the hollow dielectric pore silicon dioxide nano particles.
