Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for regulating and controlling the performance of a micro-nano interconnecting line of hot-melted Ag metal nanoparticles by low-temperature doping. The method comprises the steps: (1) reducing silver acetate in methylbenzene by using dodecylamine and phenylhydrazine, carrying out filtration by using a G4 sand core funnel to obtain nano-silver particles, and flushing a filter element by using an organic solvent to obtain a nano-silver particle solution; (2) adding a dopant into the nano-silver particle solution obtained in the step (1), and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion for 2h, wherein the addition amount of the dopant accounts for 1%-9% of the mass of silver; (3) depositing the solution obtained in the step (2) on an etched substrate, and after a solvent of the solution is naturally and completely volatilized, scraping off silver particles out of a substrate microstructure to obtain a doped silver nanoparticle line microstructure; and (4) sinteringthe product obtained in |
