The invention relates to a straightening device for a face plate of a T-shaped profile. The straightening device structurally comprises a supporting plate, an intermediate connecting plate and two clamping plates. The shape of the supporting plate is in an inverted-L shape in general, and the shape of the intermediate connecting plate is in an I shape in general; two dovetail notches connected with the clamping plates are formed in the two sides of the intermediate connecting plate correspondingly; a buckle is arranged on each clamping plate, and inward bulges are further arranged at the bottoms of the clamping plates; the intermediate connecting plate are vertically welded and fixed to the inner side of the supporting plate; and the two clamping plates are embedded into the dovetail notches through the buckles, and the inward bulges on the symmetrically-distributed clamping plates are clamped on the lower surface of the face plate of the T-shaped profile in an oppositely-distributed mode.
