Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a microring resonator based binary optical full adder which comprises three microring resonators of different structures and five Y-shaped branch-line couplers, is input with three electrical pulse sequences to be calculated and outputs optical pulse sequences after calculation with an addition with a carry flag.
