The production method of the high-purity antimony is characterized in that the high-purity antimony is prepared on the surface of stainless steel by using a diaphragm electro-deposition method after implementation of solution deep purification through ion resins by adopting pressure and after total dissolving of antimony sulfatepowder, and comprises the following steps: (1) the pH value of the antimony sulfate solution is adjusted; and impurities in the antimony sulfate solution are deeply purified by ion exchange through ion exchange columns through pressing; and (2) the antimony sulfate solution purified in the step (1) adopts 99.995 of high-purity antimony as an anode; and a pretreated stainless steel basal body is adopted as a cathode for diaphragm electrolytic deposition to prepare the high-purity antimony.
