Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an Fe-Cu-Ni-P alloy and a preparation method thereof and belongs to the technical field of powder metallurgy. The Fe-Cu-Ni-P alloy is prepared according to the preparation method of the Fe-Cu-Ni-P alloy. The preparation method comprises the steps that carbonyl iron powder is subjected to chemical copper plating and surface activating treatment in a copper plating solutionwith copper sulfate as the main component, the carbonyl iron powder is subjected to chemical nickel and phosphorus plating in a plating solution of nickel sulfate and sodium hypophosphite after copperplating, and Fe-Cu-(Ni-P) compound powder is obtained, wherein the Fe-Cu-(Ni-P) compound powder mainly comprises, by mass, 63-88.5% of Fe, 0.5-5% of Cu, 10-30% of Ni and 1-2% of P; and the Fe-Cu-(Ni-P) compound powder is sintered after being subjected to pre-pressing formation.
