The breeding plug tray comprises a tray plug body, the tray plug bodyis of a concave cuboid structure, a plurality of first transverse clamping grooves and first longitudinal clamping grooves are evenly formed in the top outer wall of the tray plug body, and the firsttransverse clamping grooves are perpendicular to the first longitudinal clamping grooves; transverse partition plates are clamped in the first transverse clamping grooves, and second transverse clamping grooves are formed between two adjacent first transverse clamping grooves; longitudinal partition plates are clamped in the first longitudinal clamping grooves, and second longitudinal clamping grooves are formed between two adjacent first longitudinal clamping grooves. The breeding plug tray adapts to planting of different plants by changing the volume of planting grooves formed by the transverse partition plates and
